Orders and quotations

A quotation is not a contract. An order is accepted only when we confirm it, and is subject to stock and to the terms we agree with you at that time.

You can order online by generating a payment invoice from your shopping cart. We confirm your order when we see your payment, and the invoice is cancelled if we have not received your payment by the date and time it shows. We do not keep unpaid invoices online: a special payment arrangement is agreed in person with us.

Intellectual property

The Royaltech Systems Limited name, logo and the content of this website belong to us or our suppliers. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
